Our story
Why we started
Masons Cars is a car rental company based in Prague. We started with one goal: make renting a premium car easy, fair, and free of hidden fees. We are not a network of unattended boxes — a person who answers the phone confirms every rental.
We operate as one company with VertexRent, one Prague branch. Guests see the Masons brand on masons.cz; operations, handover and the contract run through the same team. The legal entity is Masons s.r.o., IČO 29541085, founded 11 May 2026. We are not VAT registered.
We keep the cars clean and ready between every drive. Catalogue prices are daily rates in koruna, including what that insurance package covers. Deposit, mileage and leaving Czechia are on the terms page and on each car — we do not leave them as a surprise at the desk.
We serve Prague and the rest of Czechia. Default handover is in Prague; we deliver to Václav Havel Airport when you ask in the request. A longer trip out of town is a normal rental, not a different product.
